The promise

Every purchase on Vellum is covered by a 30-day, no-questions-asked money-back guarantee. If a template is not the right fit for you, email us within 30 days of your purchase and we will refund the full amount you paid.

It applies to every template

This is a platform-wide Vellum promise, not something each creator opts into. Vellum is the merchant of record on every sale, so the guarantee is ours to make and it covers every template on every store. You never have to wonder whether a particular creator honors refunds. We do, on all of them.

How to request a refund

• Email us at support@alfaazdesign.com within 30 days of your purchase. A short note is enough. You do not need to explain why.
• We process refunds manually, so it usually takes a few business days for us to issue it and for your bank to post it.
• The full amount is returned to the original payment method you used at checkout.

About access

Templates are delivered as shareable Notion links, not as a secured or DRM-protected download. This guarantee is about fit and satisfaction, not about access. If a template is not what you hoped, the 30-day window is yours to use, regardless of whether you have already opened the link.
